Stag Deliver Citizen Housing's New Build Timelapse Footage in Coventry.

In December 2023, the highly anticipated completion of new build properties by the social housing provider Citizen marked a significant milestone in Coventry's housing landscape. These properties were constructed to exceptionally high standards, utilising the latest advancements in off-site manufacturing capabilities, which not only enhance efficiency but also ensure sustainability and quality. This project stands out as an industry-leading example of modern construction techniques, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality housing solutions that meet the needs of the community.

Stag Communications was entrusted with the important task of documenting the installation process of the factory-produced Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS) used in the housing construction. This innovative building method allows for faster assembly and improved thermal performance, making it an ideal choice for social housing projects aimed at providing affordable, energy-efficient homes.

To effectively capture the dynamic activities across the complex site, we strategically positioned two cameras at either end of the area. This setup enabled us to record a comprehensive view of the construction process, showcasing the various stages of development from multiple angles. In addition to the ground-level footage, we incorporated drone technology to provide stunning aerial views that highlight the scale and progress of the new housing development. The drone footage captured both the site before construction began and the impressive transformation that took place throughout the project.
